I am a New York City-based artist, born and raised in Jamaica. My work spans portraiture and landscape painting, created with oil paint and digital mediums.
Inspired by daily interactions and the stories of underrepresented communities, my artwork explores themes of self-love and the preservation of both children and the inner child within us all. I aim to highlight the importance of nurturing, resilience, and connection through my art.
Much of my work delves into the strength and endurance of individuals in today’s society. Using figurative techniques, I capture emotions and experiences drawn from my own life. My goal is to challenge perspectives and inspire viewers to see beyond the surface, encouraging a deeper understanding of the world and themselves.
